- Standard challenge accounts
- Pro challenge accounts
- Any account size or challenge type
- Additional services or features
are considered final sales and are non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances, including but not limited to:
- User error or mistake in purchase
- Dissatisfaction with the service or results
- Change of mind or decision not to use the challenge account
- Failure to pass challenge requirements or evaluations
- Account suspension or termination (except in cases of our error)
- Technical issues or platform downtime
- Any other reason not explicitly covered by this policy
2. Acknowledgment of Policy
By completing a purchase on our Platform, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

4. Payment Processing

- The transaction is considered complete
- Your challenge account access is immediately provided
- The purchase is final and cannot be reversed
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider:
- Your account will be immediately suspended or terminated
- You will lose access to all challenge accounts and platform features

- We reserve the right to take legal action to recover any funds reversed due to invalid chargebacks
- You may be permanently banned from using our Platform
Chargebacks are considered a violation of our Terms and Conditions and this Refund Policy.
